When you use CVKasi, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and CV content (personal details, work experience, education, skills). We also collect usage data such as pages visited and features used.
We use your information to provide the CV building service, process payments, improve our platform, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on servers hosted in South Africa by Afrihost. CV data is stored in our database to allow you to access and edit your CVs across sessions.
Payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
In accordance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact us at hello@cvkasi.co.za to exercise these rights.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and save your CV progress. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
